Vic-20: A computer with a real keyboard
William Shatner could sell anything but it was easy to sell the Commodore Vic-20 since “unlike games it had a real keyboard.” The wonder computer of the 80s was the Vic-20; captain Kirk told me so.

Awesome, I love seeing old commercials like this.
Its funny you can still get a pretty nice tower for about 300 bucks. I only paid 500 for this laptop and it came with a real keyboard too.

I loved my vic-20 – it’s the first computer I remember. We got a Commodore 64 after that, and then on to IBM compatible PCs.

Yeah, my Vic 20 is still safely tucked away. I bring it out every other year or so for some nostalgia. It was my very first computer.
